Baked Orange Chicken Sheet Pan Dinner

Notes: Bathed in a light citrus marinade, these chicken tenderloins are a delight for a hot summer day. I baked some extra chicken, so I had to cook the broccoli on a separate sheet pan, and I’m glad I did—the chicken pan ended up with a lot of liquid on it (though it very well could have been because my tenderloins weren’t completely defrosted yet when I put them in the oven). I didn’t have fresh oranges on hand, so I just used orange juice from a carton.
