Co-founders, Kirsten Dickerson and Sophia Lin, explain that their aim is to employ “marginalized women from Ethiopia, India, Cambodia and the United States at fair trade wages to give them access to a safe job, sustainable income, healthcare, education; and a real chance to break the cycle of poverty for themselves and their families.”
